From the GERC tariff order for 2026-27, effective 1 April 2026. Slabs are per month. The more units you use, the higher the price of the extra units.

Other charges on your bill
- Fuel surcharge (FPPPA): about ₹2.30 on every unit. Changes every three months.

For homes, PGVCL charges ₹3.05 per unit for the first 50 units a month, rising to ₹5.20 per unit at higher use. A fuel surcharge (FPPPA) of about ₹2.30 per unit and electricity duty are added, so the all-in rate is usually ₹6–9 per unit.
